This area of my site is for existing customers to interact
with the company. The main purpose is to manage project flowthrough,
by establishing the system for handling work orders.

Work Order Request Form & Instructions |
- Enter your work request in the form to the right
>> "Work Order Form".
- I will respond within 48 hours with an estimate
of the cost to complete
the work order. I will take my time to thoroughly
review your request to
come up with an accurate estimate. You will be billed
in 15 minute
increments @ $35/hr for the estimate - however, this
amount will be
deducted from your final bill.
*1 free estimate a month.*
- Once you have received the written estimate from
me and you agree to
have the work done, I require 50% payment of the estimate
up front to start work. See below to reveiw the payment
options I accept.
- As soon as I have the first draft of your work
order complete, I must receive two things
to complete the project:
a.) The remaining balance of the estimate due.
--and--
b.) Your complete written changes faxed, e-mailed
or use the "Web Project Changes" form.
- Once your balance is paid, I will complete the
work order to your satisfaction as specified in writing
by you.

Monthly Maintenance Plans
In addition, if I am doing regular work on your web site,
you will need to set
up a monthly maintenance plan by May 1st, 2004.
Here
is how this will work:
You will be billed a flat rate at the first of the month.
These funds will be applied
to your account as a credit and deducted as work is done.
A minimum will be
charged regardless of the work done, but anything over the
minimum will carry
over to the next month and so on. Plans start at $35/month
for smaller sites.
Accepted Payment
Options
Divine Design accepts checks made out to "Divina Commedia,
Inc." or D/B/A "Divine Design". You can place
your order securely over the internet using our shopping cart.
If time is of the essence, I can collect your check information
from you over the phone and electronically deduct the check
from your business account.
Divine Design will also accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX
and Discover by May 15th, 2004.
